Death Of A Loved One

At some point in our lives we all experience some type of loss.

I recently have shared the story about the death of my daughter and since then have had a lot of questions asking how did I move past the grief and loss.

During part of a recent conversation, a woman was struggling with the grief and loss of a loved one she said, “I have spent the whole day crying.”

In this video I share why that’s a good thing and is critical to be able to transition from the grief and loss to a place where you once again can find peace and joy.

For me claiming my story and journaling was so essential to transition from where I was to a place of peace, joy and purpose.

I recently found out about the loss of a classmate that I had known in jr. and sr. high school. Though we weren’t close and I had not seen her in many years, she meant something special to me because she always went out of her way to be kind to me when I was shy and reclusive as a young girl. She was the same age as myself, and that made the death hit even harder; she was two months older than me, having been born in July of 1962 and I was born in Sept. of 1962. I can’t seem to get Karen off of my mind and it has now been a week since I found out about her passing and funeral.

Jean thanks for the video. Your daughter would be proud. I know she was special. Keep helping people thanks. started because my mother Anna B. passed away in July of 2009 . I tried to find a memorial cross to honor her as a little memorial in our backyard. I could not find one suitable, so I started designing and building garden and memorial crosses with our signature magnetic photo pockets with the picture of your loved one on them. I am now helping people honor their loved ones with my memorial crosses and Anna B. would be proud. God bless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
